Lovelab Dreamspace ist Galerie, Label und Produktionsort. Wir kuratieren Ausstellungen, entwickeln visuelle Konzepte, machen Pressearbeit, produzieren Kataloge und realisieren Filme – von klassischer Dokumentation bis zu KI-gestützten Produktionen. Alles aus einer Hand, in einem Haus.

Two tariffs
Culture — für freie Künstler*innen, Kollektive und unabhängige Kulturprojekte. Die Einstufung erfolgt auf Vertrauensbasis, ohne Nachweis.
Commercial — for foundations, festivals, businesses, galleries, and funded projects.
Für freie Kulturprojekte bieten wir reduzierte Konditionen an. So bleibt professionelle Produktion auch für kleinere Budgets zugänglich.
Wer eine Förderung beantragt, setzt den Commercial-Tarif an. Dokumentation, Katalog und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sind in vielen Förderprogrammen vorgesehene Kostenpositionen. Wir stellen dafür gern vorab eine Kalkulation aus, die sich direkt in den Antrag übernehmen lässt.

Everything else is a paid service. We are telling you this in advance so there are no misunderstandings later.
1. Exhibitions
Eine Ausstellung, nicht nur ein Raum. Drei Wochen im Lovelab Dreamspace inklusive professioneller Präsentation und Vernissage.

Gebühr und Provision hängen zusammen: Wer weniger im Voraus zahlt, teilt mehr vom Verkaufserlös. Die Ausstellung ist eine Produktionspartnerschaft, keine reine Raummiete.
Verkäufe: Bei Verkäufen, die durch Lovelab vermittelt werden, berechnen wir 30 % Vermittlungsprovision im Culture-Tarif und 20 % im Commercial-Tarif. Bringt die ausstellende Person den Käufer selbst, reduziert sich die Provision auf 15 %. Eigenverkäufe außerhalb der Ausstellung sind provisionsfrei.

4. Catalogues raisonnés
Design, typesetting, and prepress. A5 portrait format, saddle-stitched, 300 g cover, 170 g matte art paper inside, full color throughout. Other formats and papers upon request.

That is €12.37 net per copy. At a retail price of €25, the catalog covers its costs from 50 copies sold. With 250 copies, the unit costs drop to €5.27 net, so the higher print run is almost always worth it.
5. Film documentary

6. KI-Film
Filme aus Ideen. Wir entwickeln aus deiner Idee einen Film – von Dramaturgie und Storyboard über die visuelle Welt bis zum fertigen Film. KI ist dabei ein Produktionswerkzeug, nicht das Produkt.

Wichtig: Du bezahlst nicht für KI-Software, sondern für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Films: Idee, Dramaturgie, Bildsprache, Produktion, Schnitt und Sound.

8. Alles aus einer Hand
Ausstellung Komplett, Werkkatalog (24 Seiten) und Showreel zusammen gebucht: 15 % Paketvorteil. Im Culture-Tarif ist zusätzlich die PDF-Fassung des Katalogs inklusive.

Es gibt in Berlin wenige Räume dieser Größe, die Kuratierung, Presse, Publikation und Film unter einem Dach anbieten. Das ist unser eigentliches Angebot: kreative Produktion aus einer Hand.
Conditions
Prices. All prices are net prices plus the statutory VAT of currently 19 %.
Payment. Half upon order placement, the remainder upon handover. Installment payments by arrangement.
Raw material. As a matter of principle, we do not release unedited camera and sound footage. As event organizers and cameramen, we are responsible for the personal rights of the audience, and faces are recognizable in the raw footage.
Rechte. Aufnahmen bleiben Eigentum von Tim Ra / Lovelab Dreamspace. Im Preis enthalten sind die Nutzungsrechte für Bewerbungen, eigene Website und Social Media. Kommerzielle Verwertung vereinbaren wir gesondert.
Credit. „Video: Tim Ra / Lovelab Dreamspace“ bzw. „Katalog: Lovelab Dreamspace“.
Terminvorlauf. Für Ausstellungen und Kataloge planen wir mit mindestens sechs Wochen Vorlauf, für Filmarbeiten mit zwei bis drei Wochen ab Zusage.
Es gelten ergänzend unsere Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
