Lovelab Dreamspace is a gallery, label, and production space. We curate exhibitions, develop visual concepts, handle press relations, produce catalogs, and create films—ranging from traditional documentation to AI-assisted productions.
There are few spaces of this size in Berlin that offer curation, press, publication, and film under one roof. This is our actual offer: creative production from a single source.
All prices on this page are net plus 19 % VAT.
Two tariffs
Culture — for artists, collectives, and cultural projects, including funded ones. Classification is based on trust, without proof.
Commercial — for companies, agencies, brands, and anyone who hires us as a service provider. Likewise for institutions that produce using their own budgets.
The commercial rate helps subsidize the culture rate. Anyone with a budget pays the price this work actually costs. Artists pay half of that, because otherwise the very works for which this institution exists would not be created.
Funded projects running under the culture tariff. Documentation, catalog, and public relations are budgeted items included in many funding programs — we provide a preliminary calculation in advance that can be directly adopted into the application.
Including for everyone who performs or exhibits at our venue
These services are provided by the venue and are already included for everyone performing or exhibiting with us:
- Announcement on lovelab.berlin, in the newsletter, and on social media
- Basic room technology (sound system, lighting, projector, wireless channels, cameras)
- A short video of performances and / or artist talk
Everything else is a paid service.
1. All from a single source
The complete package: three weeks of exhibition featuring curation, flyers and press work, an artist talk, a 24-page printed catalogue of works including a free PDF version, and video documentation that carries the work beyond the evening — booked together with 15 % package advantage.

2. Exhibitions
An exhibition, not just a room. Three weeks in the Lovelab Dreamspace including a professional presentation and vernissage.

The exhibition is a production partnership, not merely a room rental. Works arrive ready to hang: framed, mounted, or equipped with a hanging system, no later than four days before the exhibition begins. Upon request, we can have prints made and pass them on at cost.
Sales
We do not promise any sales. The Lovelab Dreamspace is a production and exhibition venue, not a commercial gallery with a base of collectors. Sales do happen, but they are the exception. What you pay for is the production: space, hanging, vernissage, and upon request, curation, press, catalogue, and film. What comes out of this remains visible, regardless of whether anything is sold that evening.
If a sale is made, the following applies: 30 % Agency fee in the Culture tariff and 20 % in the commercial tariff, provided we broker the buyer. If the issuing person brings the buyer themselves, it is 15 %. Sales of one's own items outside the exhibition are commission-free.
Catalogs of works
Design, typesetting and prepress. Format A5 portrait, full color throughout. Other formats, papers and printing costs upon request.

Printing costs. We pass on the printing costs at-cost. They depend on the print run, format, and paper, and are requested daily from our print shop. For a specific project, we will provide the amount in advance before you decide.
PDF including: The PDF version is included free of charge with every printed catalogue raisonné. It can be used for applications, your own website, and digital communication.

4. Film Documentation
Professional event documentation with two camera angles, multitrack audio, color grading as well as audio mixing and mastering.

5. AI Movie
Movies from ideas. We turn your idea into a film – from dramaturgy and storyboard to the visual world and the finished movie. AI is a production tool in this process, not the product.

Important: You are not paying for AI software, but for the development and production of the film: idea, dramaturgy, visual language, production, editing, and sound.
6. PR and Public Relations
With years of editorial experience (including Spex, Electronic Beats) and a distribution list of around 2,000 contacts from music, art, and the press.

All amounts are net plus 19 % VAT. The flyer design is a design fee, printing costs are not included.
Printing costs. We print flyers at cost price. The cost of printing depends on the print run, format, and paper — we request the daily updated prices from our printing company and pass them on unchanged.
Newsletter and Press Distribution: The newsletter to our distribution list is free of charge for artists and projects. The press distribution is part of the newsletter and is not billed separately.
7. Room rental
Anyone needing the space without production: 25 m², Prenzlauer Berg.

Conditions
Prices. All prices are net prices plus the statutory VAT of currently 19 %.
Payment. Half upon order placement, the remainder upon handover. Installment payments by arrangement.
Cancellation. An exhibition date blocks three weeks in the calendar. If canceled up to six weeks before the start, we will fully refund the deposit; after that, we will retain it. For catalogs and film work, cancellation is free of charge up to the start of production; after that, we will charge for the work performed up to that point.
Raw material. As a matter of principle, we do not release unedited camera and sound footage. As event organizers and cameramen, we are responsible for the personal rights of the audience, and faces are recognizable in the raw footage.
Rights. Recordings remain the property of Tim Ra / Lovelab Dreamspace. Included in the price are the usage rights for applications, own website, and social media. Commercial exploitation will be agreed upon separately.
Credit. „Video: Tim Ra / Lovelab Dreamspace“ or „Catalogue: Lovelab Dreamspace“.
Lead time. For exhibitions and catalogs we plan with at least six weeks of lead time, for film work with two to three weeks from confirmation.
