Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) inform us of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your revocation of this contract was received by us. We shall use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
