\nThese General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of artworks, limited editions, catalogs, sound carriers, and other goods placed via the website lovelab.berlin or the order channels linked therein (including the payment pages of the provider Stripe).<\/p>\n

\u00a7 3 Conclusion of Contract<\/strong>
\n(1) The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
\nBy clicking the purchase button on the payment page (\u00bborder with obligation to pay\u00ab or the corresponding label on the Stripe payment page), you are placing a binding order for the goods listed there.
\n(3) Confirmation of receipt of the order will be provided together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission via automated email. The purchase agreement is concluded with this email confirmation.
\nThe contract text is not stored separately; the order details will be sent to you by e-mail. The contract language is German.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 4 Prices and Shipping Costs<\/strong>
\n(1) All stated prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory value-added tax, insofar as it is applicable.
\nUnless otherwise stated for the respective product, shipping costs are included in the price.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 5 Payment<\/strong>
\nPayment is made through the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). The payment methods displayed on the payment page are available (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 6 Delivery<\/strong>
\nDelivery is from Berlin to the countries selectable on the payment page.
\n(2) Unless otherwise stated, delivery time within Germany is 3-7 working days, and 7-14 working days for international shipments. For limited editions with announced release dates, delivery will take place after the release date.
\n(3) All limited edition copies are numbered and signed; there is no entitlement to a specific number.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 7 Retention of Title<\/strong>
\nThe goods remain the property of the seller until paid for in full.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 8 Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
\nConsumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Revocation Notice<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 9 Warranty<\/strong>
\nThe statutory warranty rights apply. For artworks and hand-numbered editions, minor deviations due to production (e.g., in coloring or signature) are an expression of the artistic character and do not constitute a defect.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 10 Liability<\/strong>
\nThe seller is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intentional acts and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, the seller is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 11 Dispute Resolution<\/strong>
\nThe seller is not willing and not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).<\/p>\n

\u00a7 12 Final Provisions<\/strong>
\nGerman law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law only applies to consumers to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the contract shall remain valid in all other respects.<\/p>\n
